Graham Heath Equestrian Novice Championship Qualifier

Eligible Horse/Rider: - For registered horses that have not won a total of 200 points to be ridden by Adult/Associate or Junior Members disregarding any rider on the Gold League list as of 31st March 2018 & any horse/rider combination on the Silver League as of 31st March 2018
Table: - Single phase or two phase, Speed 325mpm
Height of fences: - 85cms
Numbers to qualify: - One double clear to qualify
This class can be run with an open, with two sets of prize money awarded & horses may compete in one section only

95cm Open Championship Qualifier 

Eligible Horse/Rider: - For registered horses to be ridden by Adult/Associate or Junior Members; excluding any rider listed on the British Showjumping Gold League list as of 31st March 2018 and any horse /rider combination listed on the British Showjumping Silver League list as of 31st March 2018
Table: Single phase or two phase, Speed 325mpm
Height of fences: - 95cms
Numbers to qualify: - One double clear to qualify

1m Novice Championship Qualifier

Eligible Horse/Rider: - For registered horses that have not won a total of 225 points, to be ridden by Adult/Associate or Junior Members
Table: - Single or two phase, Rule 314, Speed 325mpm
Height of fences: - 1m
Numbers to qualify: - One double clear to qualify

Dual qualification for the Senior Discovery-Age rules will apply

Juniors

Kierson Restoration Pony Bright Star Championship Qualifier

Eligible Pony/rider: - Open to registered ponies exceeding 138cms but not exceeding 148cms irrespective of points, to be ridden by Junior Members, disregarding those riders on the 148cms Gold League List as of March 31st, 2018 or any rider/pony combination having ever qualified for RIHS or HOYS on a 148cms
Table: Single phase or two-phase Speed 325mpm
Height of fences: - 1m
Numbers to qualify: - One double clear
This class can be run with a 148cms Open, with two sets of prize money awarded, ponies can only enter one section only

Swn y Mor 90 cm Novice Masters Championship Qualifier

Eligible Pony/rider: - Open to registered ponies that have not won a total of 300 Points, to be ridden by Junior Members.

Graham Heath Equestrian (128/138cms) Championship Handicap Qualifier

Eligible Pony/rider: - Open to registered ponies not exceeding 128cms, to be ridden by Junior Members born in or after 2007 and registered ponies not exceeding 138cms, to be ridden by Junior Members born in or after 2005 Pony/Riders are not eligible to compete in this class before the calendar year of which their eighth birthday is reached.

Height of fences: - 128cms - 1.00m 138cms – 1.05m
Numbers to qualify: Two double clears

Cats & Pipes Debut Championship Handicap Qualifier

Eligible Pony/Rider: -Open to registered ponies not exceeding 138cms, to be ridden by Junior Members, ages in accordance with rule 77.12 & 77.13. This competition is open to all, however for qualification purposes, those riders up to the end of the calendar year in which the age of 10 is reached are eligible to enter irrespective of Points achieved. Riders aged 10 years and over on 1st January in the calendar year, must not have won a total of 350 points in the 128cms section and 700 points in the 138cms section.
Rule: - Table A two rounds not against the clock, all equal in round one will go forward to round two over a shortened course: - Speed 325mpm
Height of fences: - 128cms – 75 cms 138cms - 85 cms
Once riders have competed at, or “ever” qualified for RIHS or HOYS on any height pony they are no longer eligible to compete in the Final. Once a Pony has qualified with any rider for RIHS or HOYS in the current year, then it is not eligible to compete in this competition or the Final.
Numbers to qualify: - Two double clears will qualify ponies to the Debut Handicap Championship Final at the Scope Festival. Those pony/rider combinations who achieve two double clears (subject to revision) between 1st January-30th June will also qualify for the Stepping Stones Final at the British Showjumping National Championships, that is only if the riders are eligible to qualify for the Stepping Stones Final in accordance with British Showjumping Rule 414.1.
