Graham, Jessica & Beth are shortlisted for the “Best Pony Rider of the Year” Award!

 

British Showjumping is pleased to announce that Graham Babes, Jessica Mendoza and Beth Vernon have all been nominated for the “Best Pony Rider of the Year” award. The winner of which will be announced at the prestigious Awards Ball which takes place on the 28th October 2011 at the Hilton Metropole, NEC Birmingham.

 

All three Pony Rides have been nominated for their outstanding achievements during 2011.

 

Scotland based Graham was not only a member of the Gold medal winning team at the Pony European Championships where he also finished in Individual 6th place, he was also part of the team who came second in the Hagen Nations Cup. Graham has been jumping consistently all year and always putting in solid performances.

 

A member of the Gold medal winning Pony European Championship team, Jessica’s performance also secured her an Individual Bronze at the Championships. An extremely talented and competitive rider, Jessica has been at the top of her group right from a young age. Jessica is currently based in Wiltshire.

 

This has been a year of dream making achievement for Nottinghamshire’s Beth. Not only winning the 2011 John Whitaker International Winter JA Classic, but also winning both a Team and Individual Gold for Great Britain at the Pony European Championships this year.
