Fantastic day of Academy Training 1 September

Thank you to all the riders who took part in the Notts/Lincs Academy Training day earlier this week.  It was a busy day with all riders taking part in a 1/2 hour warm up/flat work session with British Showjumping coach Amanda Routledge, followed by a jumping sesison with British Showjumping coach Selina Cawkwell.  The day was completed with a horse physio demonstration which included simple techniques for the academy riders to practice at home.

Thank you to Jodie Shaw and Nic Knowles for organising the day.  The next Notts/Lincs academy training sesison will take place on 6 October at Milton Equestrian Centre (Worksop)
