Lincolnshire Jump Start!

Thank you to all of the riders who braved the wet and windy weather last night for the first session of the Lincolnshire Jump Start Course! 

UKCC Level 3 coach, Joanne Burns-Firth put the riders through their paces working on rhythm, lengthening and shortening strides.  The aim of the Jump Start courses is to provide regular and consistent training over four weeks to help improve confidence and to help riders make the progression from unaffiliated to affiliated competition.
