British Showjumping Schedule for Forest Edge Arena 23 & 24 August 2012

SHOW RULES
 
  1. Forest Edge Arena has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid & prevent accidents occurring & must obey the instructions of the owners/agents whether written or verbal.
  2. Forest Edge Arena shall not be liable for any claim in respect of damage, loss, injury or accident to any person, horse or property howsoever caused. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant has read and understood these terms and conditions and shall indemnify Forest edge Arena or any person acting on their behalf against any legal action arising from such an incident.
  3. No rider under the age of 4 years old permitted.
  4. All entries are on the day & payable before leaving the Showground. All prize money will be paid out on the day.
  5. No refunds will be given once classes are entered.
  6. British Showjumping Rule 76.6 may be applied.
  7. All classes to be judged in accordance with British Showjumping rules.
  8. Judges decision is final.
  9. Hard hats to current BS EN 1384, PAS 015 or ASTM F1163 must be worn & correctly secured whilst mounted.
  10. It is recommended that back protectors are worn whilst mounted.
  11. All stallions must be kept under control at all times & not handled by anyone under 14 years. All stallions must have red/white/blue ribbon in tail.
  12. All droppings to be picked up in the indoor & practice arenas and placed in the wheelbarrow provided.
  13. Lorries must not be mucked out onto car park. Please place droppings, hay etc into trailer provided.
  14. No bicycles or motorcycles, except disabled scooters, anywhere on site.
  15. All dogs must be kept on leads and all dog mess cleaned up.
  16. No ball games permitted at any time.
  17. No fires or barbeques at any time on the premises.
  18. No smoking permitted inside stables, buildings or arena premises.
  19. All children under the age of 16 years must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  20. All rubbish/litter to be removed from site or placed in bins provided.
  21. Any person who fails to comply with these terms & conditions will be liable to forfeit their fees & expulsion from site.
  22. In the event of any rider travelling to a show on their own, details of a contact should be left with the secretary in case of an accident.

Class Ten 128cm / 138cm Scope Debut Qualifier Handicap For reg. ponies not exceeding 128cm who have not won a total of £300 notional in the calendar year 2011 & ponies of any grade ridden by any rider who joined the Association on or after 1st Jan 2012 Rule 77.13 applies Fences 95cm. Ponies exceeding 128cm but not exceeding 138cm who have not won a total of £350 notional in the calendar year 2011 Rule 77.12 applies Fences 1.05m. Pony riders are not eligible to compete in this class before the calendar year in which their 8th birthday is reached. Qualifiers 1st 6 in each section qualify disregarding those already qualified, qualifies for Home Pony in November. Qualifiers must jump clear in the 1st round. In the event of 20 combined starters or more class will be split with 2 sets of prizes.
