Caitlin Wornham from Knebworth, Hertfordshire leads two of the four British Showjumping East Region Junior Club Leagues

Caitlin Wornham from Knebworth, Hertfordshire is currently leading the 70cm and 80cm British Showjumping East Region Junior Club Leagues. British Showjumping’s Club League offers riders the opportunity to compete in classes ranging from 70cm – 1.00m with an aim of qualifying for the National Championships held at Warwickshire’s Stoneleigh Park this summer.

Eleven year old Caitlin won the 70cm Junior Championship last year and will no doubt be hoping to repeat her success this year riding Ballylee Boy.  Having a great season so far, she really enjoys competing in the Club Leagues and has been riding Ballylee Boy since June last year.  Talking affectionately about him she said "He was my sister's pony before, he is very loving and really looks after me".

To qualify for the British Showjumping National Championships riders need to sit within the top 20 on their respective leagues. They will then receive an invitation to join the top 20 from each of the other seven regions to compete at the prestigious event.
