Competition Nerves Workshop

Due to rider feedback, we have arranged for Faye Low (Confidence Coach) to do a classroom based session looking at competition nerves, the body’s reactions and techniques to overcome these nerves and improve performance.

The session is aimed at riders 15yrs and over and will be held at Houghton Hall EC (Houghton, Cambs PE28 2DY) 20 November, 6-8pm in the restaurant area. There will be drinks and snacks available for purchase.
