Chimp Management

On Monday 18th July Chimp Management will be running a 2 hour workshop at Southview Equestrian Centre from 6pm till 8pm. This is open to all and the cost is £35 per person. Chimp Management work with athletes and coaches to define what they recognise as unhelpful and helpful thoughts and emotions in the following areas; competition, communication, ownership and responsibility for progress, managing setbacks, confidence and anxiety. Chimp will work to develop skills that help understand the structure and function of the atheletes mind, and how to apply them to the areas above.
