Elspeth Jamieson wins RHS Aurora Hotel Classic qualifier

ALNWICK FORD EC, in Northumberland, held The Aurora Hotel Collection Classic qualifier for the 2018 Royal Highland Show.

Ayrshire event rider Elspeth Jamieson came out best of the 14 starters with VIP Cooley.

The Harlequin Du Carel seven-year-old gelding jumped one of seven first round clears over Neil Foster's track. Five again jumped clear but Elspeth put in a winning time to come home three seconds in front of second-placed Charlotte Arnold and Divedent SB.
