NOTICE TO ALL SHOW ORGANISERS

 Dear Show Organiser,

Further to the email below sent from the office earlier in the year (as below).


I would like to take this time to invite you to the Summer 2013 dates meeting in the South East. Please meet me at Starbucks Coffee which is located at the BP service station on the A3 Northbound side at 12 midday on Friday August 31st, , 2012. Location below -

As per the email, if you are unable to make this dates meeting, not to worry, but please send me your proposed dates by Friday August 24th, 2012 so we have an idea of when you would like to run your shows – including any flexibility on them. Shows online will not be available to submit dates until this meeting has taken place.

 

Please let me know if you are able to attend so I know of numbers in advance.

 

Feel free to contact me should you have any questions or concerns should you not be able to make it on the day.

 Dear Show Organiser,

 

As always British Showjumping endeavour to minimise the effects of date clashes where possible. In an attempt to try and improve this process, British Showjumping will be organising date meetings through the Development Officer’s to look at the calendar to address any issues and clashes where possible. We therefore ask that where feasible you attend this meeting with your planned dates. We appreciate that there may be circumstances in which you are not able to attend but if this is the case we ask that you send a representative to the meeting or alternatively contact the Development Officer and provide them with dates which you would like to run and any other flexibility or availability you may have. Those venues who do not attend the meeting and do not provide the Development Officer with the relevant information prior to the meeting will have second preference of dates in the region. The Development Officer in your region will be contacting you shortly with details of the dates meeting for the Winter 2012/2013 calendar.

 

We hope that this change is received in good faith as we attempt to improve this situation for venues and members alike.
