SE Winter 2014 - 2015 Dates Meeting Details

I am pleased to confirm the South East dates meeting for the calendar October 1st 2014 – March 31st 2015 is  –

If you wish to book show dates during this period please make note of the dates meeting details below.

Wednesday February 26th, 2014 at the cafe, Wellington Riding, Heckfield, Hook, Hampshire RG27 0LJ at 12:30pm

As per the dates booking process if you are unable to attend this meeting please send your proposed dates and categories to me by COB Friday February 8th so they are available for me to represent you at the meeting the following week.

To reiterate, if you don’t provide me with your dates by February 19th and do not attend the dates meeting on February 26th you will get second preference to dates on the calendar where clashes occur.

Once the calendar has been agreed by the region post-dates meeting, you will then be able to book your dates through shows online and submit your signed affiliation forms.
