Victory to Emma Jo-Slater and Lottie Tutt

Emma-Jo Slater got her Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Championship campaign off to a flying start on Saturday after triumphing in the second round held at Codham Park Equestrian. Emma-Jo, who is from High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire took victory on board Robert Crisp’s 7 year-old bay mare April Love. The pair are the reigning Senior British Novice Champions and they continued their run of good form on Saturday, delivering a treble clear in 49.46 seconds. Emma-Jo and April Love were drawn last to go in each of the rounds and they used this draw to their advantage, pipping their rivals by just 0.2 of a second.
