Last chance to nominate for the Haddon Training British Grooms Awards 2015!

For the second year running, Haddon Training are sponsoring the prestigious British Grooms Awards.

We have two new categories for the Haddon Training British Grooms Awards 2015;  the Yard Manager Award and the Apprentice Award.

 

The entry criteria:

 

The Haddon Training Apprentice Award

Must be a Horse Care apprentice and can only be nominated by their employer. The apprentice must be on their apprenticeship programme for a minimum of 9 months and can still be nominated for another 3 months after completion. The judges will need supporting evidence from their training provider to confirm they are in-learning/ have completed their apprenticeship. Please find the nomination form attached.

 

The Haddon Training British Grooms Award

Open to all grooms in the equestrian industry; those working in competition yards, riding schools, welfare centres, trekking centres and studs will be equally eligible and can include self-employed and full-time grooms.  A runners up Award will also be given in this category.

 

The Haddon Training Team GBR Grooms Award

This award is open to any groom who is part of Team GBR at the FEI European Championships 2015 and supported any Team GBR athlete in the following disciplines:- Dressage, Eventing, Showjumping, Para-equestrian dressage, Driving, Endurance, Vaulting and Reining.

 

The Haddon Training Yard Manager Award

Must have a minimum of 5 years working in the Equine industry, with 2 years working as a commercial manager.

 

There are great prizes to be won, including a cash prize, 2 tickets to the British Breeders Awards Dinner, a winner’s trophy and gilet!

 

Nominations close this Friday, 20th November 2015, the winners will be announced at the British Breeders Awards Dinner on 16th January 2016.
