Stephanie Harris claims the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Second Round at Dorset Showground

Taking on a strong field, Stephanie Harris claimed top spot in the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Second Round at Dorset Showground in Gillingham on Sunday.

Thirty-one combinations started out over Tony Mills’ course and each rider was hoping to secure a treble clear as this would see them take a place in the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Championship Final, which will be held during the British Showjumping National Championships in August.

The initial starting field was whittled down as just eight competitors produced a double clear for a place in the final jump off. Seven talented partnerships were able to secure a treble clear.

Stephanie from Norton, Gloucestershire pulled out all the tops to finish in first place on board Kerry Harris’ 7 year-old grey gelding Lenzo Van Der Brouwershoeve. This pair cruised through to the jump off with two accurate clear rounds, before proving to be a consistent and unbeatable combination as they crossed the finish line in 37.18 seconds with a treble clear.

With another six combinations also achieving a treble clear, a total of seven combinations now go forward to the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Championship Final.
