Welcomed with Open Arms!

Thursday 09 August 2018

Dyfed Area (36) are renowned for their warm welcomes and hospitality and this was evident at the recent Academy 'Introduction to BS day' they held recently! It really was a team effort from the committee to stage and run the day. In particular a huge thanks to Welsh Chef' D Equippe Carian Scudamore for taking the time away from her busy Home Pony Schedule to her part in running and organising the day at her yard.

Area Rep Georgina Williams was on hand to welcome the new and regular faces. Thankyou to Samantha John for teaching brilliantly all day and Gaynor Toft for running through the in's & out's of British Showjumping. The most fun seemed to be had with Carian for doing the team building which the kids loved.

I think it goes without saying that activities and training days like this take a lot of time and effort to plan, hold & run. Across Wales we have four Areas that work really hard to deliver days like this to introduce new riders into the BS family, all of your support is very much appreciated - Thank You all..
