LAURA RENWICK SECOND IN PONTE DE LIMA GRAND PRIX

Laura Renwick from Maldon in Essex finished in second place in yesterday’s 20,000€ Grand Prix in Ponte de Lima, Portugal.
Riding David Perry’s eight year-old chestnut gelding Oz de Breve, the British combination jumped one of just two double clear rounds of the competition, finishing runner-up to the home nation’s Luis Sabino Goncalves by just half a second. Seiji Ninomiya of Japan finished in third place with a single time fault in the jump off.
