British Showjumping Officials Training & Development Pathway

British Showjumping has had a major review of the Officials Pathway to ensure that it is fit for purpose and helps recruit, retain, and develop our Officials Workforce.  

A major part of this review process was to streamline the pathway for our Officials to initially become listed with British Showjumping and then to help them progress and upgrade through the relevant pathways.

Streamlining these pathways will help encourage our Official Workforce to progress up the ladder.
