Representing Great Britain was Nottingham based Michael Whitaker this time riding his own nine year old chestnut gelding Viking V. Michael jumped a smashing round putting in a very quick time of 44.12 seconds, but unfortunately had one fence down coming home with four faults which proved good enough to hold on fifth place.

Graham Lovegrove from Halstead, Essex once again partnered Sarah Hancock’s nine year old grey gelding Tin Tin but couldn’t better his second place in last weeks Grand Prix.
