  Dear Member,
  
  Following feedback regarding the requirements for double clears to be obtained prior to competing in certain Pony qualifiers, as detailed in the NSC Updates - Dec 2022 above, we have taken the decision to delay the implementation of this until 1st April 2023.
  
  We strongly advise that all combinations should have experience jumping at the required levels prior to entering qualifiers.
