BRITISH SHOWJUMPING AREA 36 EQUISSAGE DISCOVERY REGIONAL FINAL

Eighteen year old Bethan Evans from Haverfordwest, Dyfed riding Diane Evans 16.1hh, 8 year old bay mare Vilvana took first place and qualified for the Equissage Discovery Championship at the British Showjumping Area 36 Show in early June. Bethan and Vilvana jumped three immaculate clear rounds, the final one in 48.00 seconds to take the coveted place at the final.
Second place went to Emma Slater from Ross-on-Wye riding Blaencwm Jester who also jumped three clear rounds but finished the third round almost two seconds behind the winning time.
Third place went to 16 year old Lowrie Davies from Swansea riding Goldata
Who also jumped three clear rounds finishing the third in 52.56 seconds.
The winner qualified to compete in the Equissage Discovery Championship at the Cushionbed British Showjumping Scope Festival to be held at Stafford County Showground from 29th August until 4th September 2010.
