Surprise Paris 2024 ticket releases

Of the 10 million tickets available for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, just under 8 million have already been taken up.

But there will be a new ‘surprise’ series of ticket releases at regular intervals over the next few weeks and up to Games time, offering more opportunities to buy tickets.

The first one will come on February 8th, the same date that Paris 2024 unveils the medals for the Games.

These surprise releases by the Paris 2024 ticket office (which will be announced only a few days in advance) will provide the opportunity to buy tickets for all the sports of the Games, with the organisers specifically mentioning further availability for the equestrian events at Versailles.

What you need to know about the sale that starts on Thursday 8th February at 10am

  • The only access this sale is through: tickets.paris2024.org
  • All sports will be on offer on 8 February, although some will be available in very limited numbers.
  • 95% of the new tickets on sale will be for events in the Ile-de-France region (this includes the Chateau de Versailles)
  • 45% of these released tickets will be offered for less than €100.
  • The sale will be open to all, without a draw, on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A maximum of 30 Olympic tickets can be purchased per ticketing account, taking previous orders into account.
