Bolesworth is back, bigger and bolder than ever for 2025, bringing an electrifying fusion of world-class equestrian sport, high-octane entertainment, and luxury lifestyle experiences. Set against the stunning backdrop of Bolesworth Castle, this year’s event will raise the bar with upgraded competition, a star-studded hospitality lineup, and an immersive experience that caters to equestrian enthusiasts, petrol heads, thrill-seekers, and families alike.
This year’s event will run from 27th June – 6th July 2025 with competitors and their connections on site for the duration, and access to the general public available between Friday 27 June – Monday 30 June and Thursday 3 July – Sunday 6 July where an action-packed schedule of entertainment, family fun, music and sport take place in addition to the sport!
The sporting credentials of Bolesworth continue to soar, with the 2025 edition marking a historic return to CSI4* status, with a schedule boasting two thrilling weeks of sport including the much-anticipated Al Shira’aa CSI 3* Grand Prix on Sunday, 29 June and the pinnacle of the event, the Al Shira’aa CSI 4* Grand Prix, with a remarkable £100,000 prize fund, taking place on Saturday, 5 July.
Alongside these prestigious competitions, spectators will be treated to an exhilarating Puissance on Saturday, 28 June, and an array of supporting classes, from young horse classes to AM Series, U25, and pony competitions. The high-energy crowd favourite, The Shetland Pony Grand National, and The Mini Major Fancy Dress Pairs will add further excitement, while the Celebrity Ride & Drive will bring a thrilling mix of skill, showmanship and steerability!
Further cementing Bolesworth’s global significance in the world of Showjumping, the event proudly announces an extended partnership with long term supporter, Al Shira’aa, with HH Sheikha Fatima Bint Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, appointed as Honorary President. This collaboration reinforces the joint vision of both Bolesworth and Al Shira’aa in delivering world class, unparalleled sporting experiences for all.
Beyond the competition arena, Bolesworth 2025 embraces its new vision as The Ultimate Celebration of Horsepower – where elite equestrianism meets luxury supercars, premium shopping, and adrenaline-fueled entertainment.
Across both weekends, visitors can immerse themselves in the Supercar Zone, browse a carefully curated selection of top equestrian and lifestyle brands in the shopping village, and enjoy a vibrant family-friendly atmosphere in the Kids Zone, featuring hobby horse racing, exotic animal displays, fair rides, face painting, and more. A new Castle Arena Restaurant will elevate the dining experience, complemented by a diverse range of upgraded food and drink offerings across the event.
For those seeking the ultimate VIP experience, Bolesworth 2025 has curated an exclusive hospitality lineup featuring some of the most renowned names in business and entertainment.
The event will open with Women in Business on Friday, 27 June, hosted by journalist Lucy Meacock, followed by an unforgettable Puissance & Party Night on Saturday, 28 June, featuring the high-energy sounds of Furnace & the Fundamentals.
The excitement continues with Al Shira’aa Grand Prix Day on Sunday, 29 June, culminating in an evening party with DJ Phatts & Small. Other highlights include Equestrian Business Networking hosted by Olympic dressage rider Richard Davison on Monday, 30 June, and Business at Bolesworth with broadcaster Louise Minchin on Thursday, 3 July. Friday, 4 July will bring glamour to the forefront with Sporting Style Day, hosted by football legend Michael Owen, where guests will compete for a prestigious Ladies & Gents prize fund of £5,000, followed by the Bolesworth Elite Auction & Gala Night.
The event will close in spectacular style on Saturday, 5 July, with Al Shira’aa Grand Prix Day, concluding with an electrifying performance by the UK’s leading Queen tribute act, Mercury.
