British Showjumping’s Youth Teams announced for Nations Cup in Zuidwolde, Netherlands

The following four youth squads have been selected to represent Great Britain at the FEI Jumping Youth Nations Cup of Zuidwolde. The competition takes place between 28th May and 2nd June 2024 at CH De Wolden, Netherlands.

Pony Squad

Maisie Allsop, from Derbyshire, with the 15-year-old grey gelding Vaughann De Vuzit, owned by David Allsop.

Katie Bradburne, from Berkshire, with the eight-year-old bay mare Westpoint Foreign Affair, owned by Sophie Johnstone.

Darcy Breen, from West Sussex, with the nine-year-old grey mare One Saharah, owned by Breen Equestrian Ltd.

Hollie Gerken, from Essex, with the 12-year-old bay mare Galaxy V, owned by Jade Gerken.

Ella Spencer, from Cambridgeshire, with eight-year-old bay stallion Gilton Des Islots, owned by Emma Spencer.

 

Children Squad

Charlotte Adams, from West Sussex, with the 8-year-old bay mare Khaleesi OL, owned by Georgia Adams.

Ted Bastian Mason, from Hampshire, with the 10-year-old bay stallion Forest Ranger OL, owned by Alex Bishop. 

Honey Bowes, from Lincolnshire, with the eights-year-old chestnut gelding Javas El Cid, owned by Jon Bowes.

Emily Gulliver, from London, with the eight-year-old chestnut mare Glamor De Vie, owned by Ben Gulliver.

Tabby Morgan-Evans, from Suffolk, with the 11-year-old chestnut gelding Bermudez BDA, owned by Tiffany Morgan-Evans.
 

Junior Squad

Charlie Atkinson, from North Yorkshire, with the 11-year-old bay mare Ballingowan Leia, owned by Sarah Kane.

Tabitha Kyle, from Leicestershire, with the 16-year-old black mare Desterly, owned by TJ Hall Ltd.

Olivia Sponer, from London, with the 13-year-old bay gelding Bingo Du Chateau, owned by Jennifer Sponer.

Noora Von Bulow, from London, with the 11-year-old bay gelding Interstar B, owned by Sharifa Al-Homaizi.

Maisy Williams, from North Yorkshire, with the 16-year-old bay gelding Devil V.D To Jo PE Hoeve, owned by Guy Williams.


Young Riders Squad

Lauren Caroline, from West Sussex, with the 13-year-old bay gelding, Gait L, owned by Lee Caroline.

Jake Myers, from Devon, with the 10-year-old bay gelding J Superstar, owned by Catherine Bennett.

Rachel Proudley, from North Yorkshire, with the nine-year-old bay gelding Petitfour vd Wareslage, owned by HK Horses.

Jocasta Symons, from Wiltshire, with the 15-year-old bay gelding Expert IV, owned by Julie Symons.

Ava Vernon, from Lincolnshire, with the 12-year-old bay mare Volnay De Choc Z, owned by Dean John Vernon.

The GBR showjumping teams are supported by the British Equestrian Federation’s World Class Programme, funded by UK Sport through the National Lottery. The Programme focuses on identifying talent, developing potential and maximising medal-winning performances on the world stage. The teams are further supported by LeMieux, who supply the teams with their saddlepads and rugs.
