BRITISH SHOWJUMPING ACADEMY CHAMPIONSHIPS 2023

This years UNIBED - High Performance Equine Bedding Academy Championships 2023, was another one to remember! 

Scotland’s Academy Members rode as Individuals and Teams competing against all the Academies in the UK at Stoneleigh Park on 8th & 9th August. Scotland proved yet again how talented our young Scottish riders are.

We had some injuries along the way this year which meant in particular a couple who had made the long journey south couldn’t compete.  They still flew the flag for Scotland and were extremely brave despite their injuries and cheered their team mates on.

All our Teams and Individuals rode their hearts out, it was fantastic fun and very emotional.  

We also had the cutest mascot this year, thank you to little Maisie for coming with us, you can see her in the photos.

Thank you to all for making the trip south and making Scotland and me so very proud yet again.

The Scottish Horse Teams just missed out on the placings taking 12th for Team Jacobite and 13th for Team Outlander.  They rode incredible rounds both days.
