Abigail Leadbetter scoops top spot in the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Second Round at Eland Lodge

With almost a three second lead, Abigail Leadbetter, from Darlington in Durham, became the winner of the Nupafeed Supplements Senior Discovery Second Round at Eland Lodge on Sunday riding Anita Leadbetter’s seven year-old bay mare, Hearts Cruise.
An initial starting field of 48 competitive riders came forward, with 14 combinations delivering two double clears for a place in the final jump-off. With the pressure on, Abigail kept her cool to pilot the combination around the track for her third clear, crossing the finish line in 40.62 seconds to claim first place.
