Applications are now open for the 2023 Ella Popely mentorship award

This special mentorship, which was set up in 2017 in memory of one of Great Britain’s up-and-coming youth riders, is awarded to a talented individual aged between 18-25 years who is: competing at 1.40m and above as well as having shown a great resilience and dedication to the sport.
There are many bonuses to being the winner of this award – with the opportunity to be mentored by one of the best riders in the world being a highly important one.

Eligible riders who are currently members of British Showjumping are invited to apply for the 2023 mentorship by submitting an application form by 5pm on Wednesday 16th November 2022.
One person will be identified by the end of the application process by a panel of selectors, and then that individual will be matched with a mentor who feels they can assist them to develop further in the sport.
