British Showjumping’s Team NAF Youth Squads announced for Wierden

Following an invitation to compete at the Dutch Youngster Festival at Wierden in The Netherlands, the following four youth squads have been selected to represent Great Britain under the title sponsor banner of Team NAF. The competition takes place between the 26 – 30 May 2021 at the Manege de Vossenbos, Wierden.
Pony Squad
Charlotte Bevan aged 15 from Clint in Clwyd with the 10 year-old grey gelding Champs Palace owned by Jonathon Parrott.
Poppy Deakin, aged 15 years from Dalton, Newcastle-upon-Tyne with the 11 year-old chestnut mare Armene du Costilg owned by Kerstin Deakin.
Sophie Evans, aged 14 years from Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire with the 11 year-old bay stallion Oscar Van De Beekerheide owned by ESM Equestrian.
Elissa Herrmann, aged 15 years from Winchester in Hampshire, with the 11 year-old Dun gelding Lapislazuli.
Henry Squibb, aged 14 years from Brentwood in Essex, with either the 13 year-old stallion Kilcurry Dawn owned by Emily Fenn or the 18 year-old Casino Royale VIII owned by Amy Squibb.
Children Squad
Noora von Bülow, aged 12 years from London, with either the 11 year-old mare Lucky Lisa or the 12 year-old grey Dabelle both of which are owned by Sharifa Al-Homaizi
Eve McCoy, aged 13 years from Hungerford in Berkshire with the 13 year-old bay gelding Non-Stop owned by Tony McCoy.
Olivia Pitt, aged 14 years from Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire, with the gelding Barracuda DS owned by Duncan Pitt.
Madison Seedhouse, aged 14 years from Burton-on-Trent in Staffordshire, with the 9 year-old mare Emara Giguellerie Z or the 11 year-old gelding Chico de Llamosas both of which are owned by ESM Equestrian.
Ruby Ward, aged 14 years from Neston, Cheshire with the 10 year-old mare Giddy Up Tango owned by Michael Whitaker.
Junior Squad
Anneliese Aitken, aged 18 from Roodland in Ayrshire with Frau Antje a 12 year-old grey mare owned by Nanette Aitken.
Iwan Carpenter, aged 17 from Holywell in Clwyd with Merllyns Chocca Nova an 10 year-old bay stallion owned by Morgan Carpenter
Amelie Gachoud, aged 16 from West Horsley in Surrey with the 15 year-old gelding The Precious One owned by Miranda Gachoud.
Chloe Lemieux, aged 15 years from Southampton in Hampshire with Barika van de Helle a 12 year-old bay mare or Daisy III a 10 year-old grey mare both of which are owned by Robert Lemieux.
Ava Vernon, aged 17 from Skegness in Lincolnshire, with Jolie Fleur van de Noordheuvel a 12 year-old bay mare owned by Dean Vernon.
Young Riders
India Bussey, aged 20 from Norwich in Norfolk, with Florida VDL an 11year-old grey gelding owned by Wodehouse Stud.
Allana Clutterbuck, aged 20 from Upminster in Essex, with the 12 year-old bay gelding Vykinbay owned by Sally Lane.
Perdita Digby, aged 18 from Dorchester in Dorset, with the 14 year-old chestnut gelding Claddagh Iroko owned by Lady Sophie Digby.
Will Edwards, aged 21 years from Ellesmere in Shropshire, with the 11 year-old chestnut mare SHW Candies B owned by Carl Edwards
Faye Sutton, aged 19 from Whitchurch in Shropshire, with her own 10 year-old bay mare Zoey 12
The Chef d’Equipe for the Pony and Children team will Pony Youth Team Manager Clare Whitaker and the Chef d’Equipe for the Children, Junior and Young Rider team Tony Newbery. The Grand Prix and Nations Cup competitions will take place on the following dates:
