Emily Seal wins the Winter Grand Prix at Science Supplements Onley Grounds Equestrian Complex

Wednesday, 4 January saw Science Supplements Onley Grounds Equestrian Complex host the first Winter Grand Prix of 2023 at their Winter Classic Show. Emily Seal from Cheltenham, Gloucestershire who took the top spot riding her own Jaccardo Van De Huffelen.
A starting field of 16 combinations came forward to tackle the twelve-fence course designed by Kevin Bull, with five jumping clear to return for the jump off. With no combination able to jump a double clear, placings would be determined by time. The 14-year-old bay gelding, Jaccardo Van De Huffelen, was quickly steered round the seven fence jump off track by Emily to take the win stopping the clock in 41.23 seconds. She finished just 0.4 seconds ahead of Angela Thompson and Fremont VDL in second place.
