Equitop® sponsor the Senior Newcomers Championship for 2022

After three years of sponsorship of the Equitop® GLME Senior Foxhunter Championship, British Showjumping are thrilled to announce that Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health UK Ltd will remain as title sponsors for another year, but this time as sponsors of the prestigious Equitop® Senior Newcomers Championship which takes place during Horse of the Year Show at Birmingham’s NEC Resorts World Arena.

Equitop® products are manufactured by veterinary pharmaceutical company, Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Ltd. Being the global leader in equine medicine and utilising the research and development heritage of the business has allowed for the vet-endorsed range of Equitop® products to be created.

The Equitop® Senior Newcomers Championship is a highly contested and prestigious series in the national calendar, with the final being held at Horse of the Year Show at Birmingham’s NEC. It is a class for registered horses in Grade C that have not won a total of 375 points and they are to be ridden by an Adult, Associate or Junior Member. All registered horses aged six years and under in the same calendar year as the Championship Final, irrespective of points, are also eligible to compete for their place in the final.
