James Smith wins the Lord & Lady Equestrian Senior Newcomers Second Round at The Scottish Summer Extravaganza

James Smith from Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland took first place in the Lord & Lady Equestrian Senior Newcomers Second Round at The Scottish Summer Extravaganza held last week at the Royal Highland Showground, jumping his own 6 year-old bay gelding Prince Malko M.

In a class full of keen competitors, James produced two strong rounds to go forward to the jump off along with 8 other combinations. Picking up the pace to finish 0.7 of a second faster than his nearest rivel, James crossed the finish line with a treble clear in 42.51 seconds.
