Olivia Sponer scoops the Blue Chip Pony Newcomers Second Round at Weston Lawns Equestrian Centre

Fourteen year-old Olivia Sponer from London jumped straight in to first place in the Blue Chip Pony Newcomers Second Rounds which took place at Weston Lawns Equestrian Centre on Saturday riding Kerry Grimster’s Conella II.

Against a starting field of seventy-one keen combinations, Olivia rode two clear rounds on board the 7 year-old bay mare for a spot in the final jump off along with eight other talented combinations. Riding clean lines with speed and accuracy, this combination proved unbeatable as they took top spot in just 35.75 seconds.
