ONLINE CARD PAYMENT UPDATE

In order to meet regulatory changes to the UK’s landscape for payments, the banking industry are implementing new standards to payment services. British Showjumping are making updates to our systems to align with these changes however we are currently dependent on a third party which has resulted in a delay to our process.
We are liaising closely with the third party service provider to expedite these changes so that we can implement the required updates as quickly as possible. We very much hope that this will be within the coming month.
We would like to thank any members affected by these changes for their continued patience. As a reminder, if you do receive a message that payment has been refused, please call our membership team on 02476 698824 who will be able to assist with completing the payment over the phone.
