British Showjumping is delighted to announce UNIBED High Performance Equine Bedding is the official bedding supplier to British Showjumping’s National Training Centre.
UNIBED High Performance Equine Bedding, known for its high sustainability credentials, will also be title sponsor at the UNIBED High Performance Equine Bedding Academy Championships at Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, in August.
UNIBED High Performance Equine Bedding uses only high-quality products for the health and well-being of the horse and peace of mind for owners and riders. Their highly absorbent, cost-effective straw-based bedding solutions go through a series of chopping sequences and three lots of dust extraction as it is vital horses do not suffer from airborne issues commonly caused by loose straw. This means horses who suffer from respiratory issues cans still benefit from Wheat or Oilseed Rape Straw.
UNIBED as a company highlights their core values of using high performing, safe and clean bedding without paying a premium. The demand for the product that does the job without the high cost drove them to deliver their highly absorbent Oilseed Rape Straw and ultra comfy Precision Chopped Wheat Straw without compromising on quality.
Both ‘UNIBED’ straw-based bedding solutions tick several boxes for users in terms how the product performs, however the issue of sustainability is becoming even more important given the current climate crisis. As an agricultural biproduct, the bedding can be reincorporated back into the land after use. The dust and straw fines extracted from ‘UNIBED’ is repurposed both as bedding for the cattle industry and fuel for the biomass industry. Their packaging is also made from recyclables and can be recycled, meaning users can feel confident that they are using a product that will always aim to do their part to help protect our planet for generations to come.
