Dodson & Horrell 0.95m & 1.10m National Amateur Second Rounds at St Leonards Equitation Centre

Congratulations to Victoria Knight & Flightline Panache who took the top spot in the Dodson & Horrell 0.95m National Amateur Second Round at St Leonards Equitation Centre, she also took 2nd on Universal Toyboy & 3rd on Charrat Z.
Also Congratulations to Marysia Orzazewska & One Of A Kind IV who took the top spot in the Dodson & Horrell 1.10m National Amateur Second Round at St Leonards Equitation Centre & Pierre Baber & Ulysses W who took 2nd.
Qualifying them for Dodson & Horrell National Amateur Championships, which take place at Aintree Equestrian Centre in Liverpool during the 18th – 22nd November 2015

St Leonards Equitation Centre in Launceston, Cornwall hosted two Dodson & Horrell National Amateur Second Rounds last Saturday and each and every competitor was jumping with the hope of picking up one of the tickets on offer to the Dodson & Horrell National Amateur Championships, which take place at Aintree Equestrian Centre in Liverpool (18th – 22nd November).

Dodson & Horrell 0.95m National Amateur Second Round 
When the results filtered through from this second round, it was clear that it had been dominated by Victoria Knight from Highbridge, Somerset. Victoria secured the top three places with three double clears and she took the win on her own Flightline Panache, a 13 year-old chestnut mare. They produced their double clear in 38.17 seconds.

Victoria took second place on her own 18 year-old brown gelding, Universal Toyboy after delivering a double clear in 39.65 seconds. The hat-trick was then completed on her own 12 year-old grey mare Charrat Z with yet another double clear, this time in 48.00 seconds.

Dodson & Horrell 1.10m National Amateur Second Round
Marysia Orzazewska from Taunton, Somerset fought off stiff competition to take home the spoils in this 1.10m second round on her own 11 year-old chestnut gelding One Of A Kind IV. Drawn first to go in the jump off, this combination produced their double clear in a time of 35.93 seconds and this was to prove unbeatable.

Pierre Baber from Bristol took second place on his own 14 year-old bay gelding Ulysses W after delivering a double clear in 36.17 seconds and in doing so, he also took a qualification place for the Championships.
