British Showjumping Team announced for CSIO5* FEI Nations Cup Final

Following qualification to compete in the CSIO5* Nations Cup Final, the following team have been selected to represent Great Britain. The competition takes place between the 27th September – 1st October 2023 at the CSIO Barcelona, Fundación Real Club de Polo de Barcelona (ESP).
- Lily Attwood, from Buckinghamshire, with the 13-year-old bay gelding Cor-Leon VD Vlierbeek Z, owned by Emmy Freeman-Attwood.
- Harry Charles, from Hampshire, with the 12-year-old bay mare Aralyn Blue, owned by Ann Thompson.
- Sienna Charles from Hampshire, on the 13-year-old mare Stardust, owned by Heathcroft Farm and Stall Zet, replaces Oliver Fletcher, who can no longer attend.
- Tim Gredley, from Suffolk, with the 11-year-old bay gelding Medoc De Toxandria, owned by Unex Competition Yard Ltd.
- Robert Whitaker, from Surrey, with the 10-year-old black stallion Vermento, owned by Caroline Blatchford.
The competition will take place on the following days:
Nations Cup Final First Qualifier – Thursday, 28th September – 14:00 local time (13:00 BST)
Nations Cup Challenge Cup – Saturday, 30th September – 21:00 local time (20:00 BST)
Nations Cup Final – Sunday, 1st October – 15:00 local time (14:00 BST)

The GBR showjumping teams are supported by the British Equestrian Federation’s World Class Programme, funded by UK Sport through the National Lottery. The Programme focuses on identifying talent, developing potential and maximising medal-winning performances on the world stage. The teams are further supported by LeMieux, who supply the teams with their saddlepads and rugs.
