British Showjumping’s Team NAF Pony Squads announced for Youth European Championship

The following Pony squad has been selected to represent Great Britain under the title sponsor banner of Team NAF.

The competition takes place between 2nd and 7th August 2022 in Strzegom, Poland.

Pony Squad

Tilly Bamford, from Oxfordshire, with 12 year-old dun gelding Lapislazuli, owned by Carole Bamford.

Poppy Deakin, from Newcastle Upon Tyne, with the 12 year-old chestnut mare Armene du Costlig, owned by Kerstin Deakin.

Sophie Evans, from Staffordshire, on the 12 year-old bay stallion Oscar Van De Beekerheide, owned by ESM Equestrian.

Tabitha Kyle, from Leicestershire, on the 13 year-old bay gelding, Gangnam Style II, owned by TJ Hall Limited.

Izabella Rogers, from Chelmsford, on the 9 year-old grey mare Queen Star, owned by Nicola Rogers.

The Chef d’Equipe for the Pony Squad will be Clare Whitaker.

Timetable

The Team and Individual competitions will take place on the following days:

Trot Up/Horse Inspection – Wednesday 3rd August (09:00-12:00)

Official Training – Wednesday 3rd August (14:00-16:00)

Jumping Individual Competition (1st Qualifier) – Thursday 4th August (08:00-12:00)

Jumping Team Competition – Friday 5th August (13:30-18:30)

Farewell Competition (For those not in individual final – Saturday 6th August (10:00-12:00)

Jumping Individual Final – Sunday 7th August (13:30-16:30)
