Charley Hamilton wins SEIB Winter Novice Qualifier at Northcote Stud

With a turn of speed, Charley Hamilton from Milltimber, Aberdeenshire claimed first place in the seventh SEIB Winter Novice Qualifier of the season held at Northcote Stud on Sunday, riding Caroline Ironside’s 6 year old chestnut mare, Loretta Blue MFS.

Out of thirty-six starters, eighteen navigated a first round clear with just four going on to produce a double clear. Charley Hamilton rode a lightning fast round to stop the clock on her winning double clear in 28.80 seconds.

Hot on their heels and taking the runner up spot was Jessica Quine and Lalu TW securing a double clear in 29.47 second.
