Izabella Rogers jumps to victory in the National 148cm Championship

The National 148cm Championship took place this afternoon and it was a truly well earnt victory for 13 year-old Izabella Rogers who took the win over a complex course with her pony, Uncanny.

Although Izabella successfully secured first place, she explained “I was supposed to jump a silver league, but I accidentally entered this class, I had missed the qualifiers for my original class.” Izabella continued to comment: “I thought I would give it a go as a bit of fun!”

The pair travelled to this year’s event from Chemlsford in Essex and have been a combination for the last two and a half years. Izabella explained that she is “so proud” of 13 year old Uncanny. “He jumped amazing, he jumped absolutely out of his skin!”

Izabella and Uncanny will be competing again tomorrow, as well as at HOYS 2021, which Isabella visits annually.

Noora Von Bulow and Elando Van De Roshoeve take second place, closely followed by Tabitha Kyle and Orchidas Vienna taking home third place.
