Lite My Ride Joins British Showjumping as Partner to the National Training Centre

British Showjumping is pleased to announce a new partnership with Lite My Ride, who will be supporting sustainability enhancements at the National Training Centre through the upgrade of the indoor lighting system.

Lite My Ride is a specialist equestrian lighting company dedicated to delivering efficient, environmentally responsible lighting solutions. With a strong focus on reducing carbon emissions and cutting electricity usage, the company provides tailored lighting systems for all types of equestrian facilities—from individual paddocks and private yards to large-scale competition venues.

Founded in August 2020, Lite My Ride combines extensive technical expertise in lighting with a deep understanding of equestrian needs, developed through years of horse ownership. The company offers comprehensive services including supply, installation, and consultation across mains-powered, solar, and rechargeable battery-operated lighting systems, ensuring safe, effective, and sustainable solutions for every setting.

This partnership marks another step forward in British Showjumping’s ongoing commitment to sustainability. Lite My Ride will also be able to support British Showjumping affiliated Show Centres in offering more environmentally friendly lighting options across the wider network.

Katie Clarke, founder and director of Lite My Ride said: Partnering with British showjumping is an exciting development for us.  Through our partnership, we are aiming to support show centres in improving their facilities through better lighting and offering long-term savings on electricity costs, reducing carbon footprint and enhancing the safety of the sport.

Iain Graham, Chief Executive at British Showjumping said: “We’re incredibly excited to be partnering with Lite My Ride, whose commitment to sustainability aligns perfectly with our own environmental goals. As we continue working to make British Showjumping more environmentally responsible, collaborating with like-minded organisations is key. Lite My Ride’s innovative approach to sustainable lighting supports our broader ambition of creating a greener and safer future for equestrian sport.”
