Sunday 28 February 2021

Notice for Horses entering the Sunshine Tour, Spain.

The show organisers of The Sunshine Tour have issued notice that, with immediate effect, it will be obligatory for all horses that are to enter the showground facilities be either correctly vaccinated against Rhinopneumonitis (herpesvirus Type 1 and Type 4) or to present a negative PCR test.

Any horses that do not meet this criteria will kept in the Kurupay area under quarantine where samples will be taken for the corresponding PCR test.  The horses will remain in this area until they have negative test results.

For further information please contact the show organiser as listed in the schedule.

British Showjumping, having taken veterinary advice and being aware of outbreaks now occurring in additional countries to Spain, recommend their members do not travel across Europe at this point in time.
