ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

BS AREA 18 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held at South View Equestrian Centre on Monday 29th February commencing 7.30pm.

As the Area are providing supper, it is important we have an idea of how many members will be attending, so if you do attend to come on the night, please let Sue Barratt or any committee member know as soon as possible.

It would be nice to see a good turnout of members.

The AGM is the ideal time to bring up any ideas or projects you have for the Area and without rushing about at Shows it is also a good time to discuss anything you have strong feelings about.

We are always seeking new members for the committee, so it you would like to be involved in helping to run 'your Area', please let us know.

One thing we have been trying to organise is a first aid course which will be open to all members. This would be run at South View on a date and time to accommodate as many applicants as possible. Again, please let us know if you are interested.
